Job summary

GRAND Mental Health in Pryor, Arkansas is seeking a Crisis Therapist to join its crisis treatment team. You'll report to Crisis Leadership and provide clinical oversight under supervision, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams to determine appropriate levels of care for clients in crisis.

Responsibilities include screenings, treatment planning, risk assessment, therapy, and documentation, with travel as needed to support community-based services.

Qualifications

• Maintains licensure status throughout employment.
• Licensure in psychology, social work, counseling or related field preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client care.

Responsibilities

• Complete screenings, initial treatment plans, risk assessments, therapy sessions, or other clinical work for crisis clients.
• Screening and triaging crisis intervention as directed.
• Ensure collaborative, thorough, and timely documentation of services.
• Consult with other agencies and professionals with proper releases of information.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Meet satisfactory performance expectations in evaluations.
• Promote and support CC BHC concepts and integration of behavioral health with physical health care.
