Qualifications

• Experience working with sensitive populations.
• Education in Human Services or a related field.
• NYS Certified Peer is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training.
• Excellent conflict management and dispute resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Shared belief in respect, compassion, and inclusion.
• Background checks completed and driving history acceptable to policy.

Responsibilities
