Job summary

Mr. Greens is seeking a motivated Warehouse Selector to pick full-case grocery, frozen, and perishable items from warehouse slots using pallet jack or forklift.

You will place items on pallets, wrap bundles, and move pallets to the shipping dock, with occasional loading onto trailers for customer deliveries. Safety is a priority; you will work in multi-temperature environments, maintain a clean workspace, and report damaged equipment.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable, with ability to work weekends.
• Safety-conscious and attentive to handling products.
• Able to sustain physical tasks and lift 50+ lbs.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Select merchandise for shipment using a pick sheet.
• Move and stack pallets on the loading area using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Transport pallets to the shipping dock and load onto trailers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace and report damaged equipment promptly.

Job DescriptionPosition Title: Warehouse SelectorPosition Status: Full Time/ Non-ExemptReport to: Warehouse ManagerOverview:Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, Georgia and Texas. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.Summary:Mr. Greens is looking for highly motivated and dedicated Selectors that can work individually selecting full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will then fit the items on a pallet plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets to shipping dock and in some cases, load them onto a trailer to delivery to customers.
