Schlotzsky's is seeking night crew for a 1:30-close shift. The position may be two part-time openings and offers an hourly wage of $12.50 to $14.00. Responsibilities include food preparation and maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen.

Applicants should be able to work under pressure, communicate effectively with coworkers and managers, and stand for long shifts while handling hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment. Two part-time roles may be available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication with co-workers and managers.
• Physically capable of standing for an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment.
• Must follow sanitary food-handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for food preparation following standardized recipes.
• Create meals according to menu and recipes as set by supervisors.
• Ensure all food is handled and cooked in a sanitary manner.
• Maintain kitchen and supply room in a sanitary and organized fashion.
• Follow plate presentation specifications as directed.
• Inform supervisors of any kitchen problems.
• Maintain and promote a team environment at all times.
• Provide courteous service to guests and be cordial to all team members.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by a manager.
