Job summary

Schlotzsky's is hiring for a Kitchen position at our corporate location. You will execute brand standards and ensure product quality across prep, meat/cheese, pizza, soup/salad, and bakery stations.

The role requires following recipes, handling tickets, and maintaining clean, efficient workstations to meet speed-of-service targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, a focus on safety and sanitation, and a willingness to learn and follow management direction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, meats, cheeses per prep standards.
• Slice buns and bake bread following recipes.
• Assemble salads, soups, pizzas, and other items.
• Maintain clean and organized prep, line, and baking stations.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of ingredients.
• Assist with customer orders and ticket accuracy.
• Adhere to Schlotzsky’s policies and safety procedures.
