Job summary

Schlotzsky's is seeking a kitchen team member to execute brand standards across prep, cold cuts, pizza, and bakery stations. You will follow recipes, read tickets, and prepare every order with attention to portioning and quality.

Maintain fast-paced speed of service while keeping workstations clean and compliant with safety and sanitation guidelines. Must be 18+ and commit to reliable scheduling and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience in a kitchen or food service preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep standards for vegetables, meats, and cheeses and prepares quantities shown on daily PAR sheets.
• Read customer tickets and accurately prepare all orders across prep, meat/cheese, pizza, and bakery stations.
• Maintain a clean workstation at all times and work to the restaurant's speed of service guidelines.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, uniform, and grooming standards and report to work on time.
