Insomnia Cookies in Abilene, TX is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be part baker, part hospitality expert, and a late-night team member. You’ll help welcome guests, bake and package warm cookies, and ensure orders are accurate for in-store, pickup, delivery, and online channels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies and treats to standard quality.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe during shifts.
• Support team with restocking and keeping lines moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency with Shift Leader support.
• Deliver a memorable experience that turns guests into regulars.
