Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring Cookie Crew Members to join our fast-paced bakeries in the Addison, TX area. You’ll be part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero, ensuring warm cookies and friendly service from opening to close.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, baking and packaging cookies, handling orders, operating the register, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Evening, late-night, weekend shifts required; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service focused role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and take orders.
• Bake, package, and prepare cookies and other treats to quality standards.
• Prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders accurately.
• Operate the register and handle guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and food-safe during shifts.
• Support team by restocking, assisting others, and keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Deliver a warm experience to turn first-time guests into regulars.
