Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver in Abilene, TX. You’ll deliver warm cookies, greet guests, and help in the bakery between deliveries, contributing to a fast-paced, friendly environment.

This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; you’ll use delivery apps and help keep the shop clean and organized while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
