Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction management.
• Experience with subcontractors and interior fit-outs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems across the project lifecycle.
• Manage project staff and coordinate with owners, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
• Supervise trades coordination and schedule monitoring.
• Review bid procedures, vendor qualifications and final estimates.
• Prepare change orders and ensure subcontractors are informed.
