Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Concierge for part-time night shifts (Thursdays and Fridays, 11:00pm–7:00am) and PRN coverage.

The role focuses on front-desk operations, resident services, and administrative support within a compassionate senior living community. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Professional appearance and dress code adherence.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire.
• Physically capable of light lifting and standing for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route messages accurately.
• Greet visitors and sign registers.
• Assist residents with information and sign-out procedures.
• Support Wellness Director with appointments and transportation coordination.
• Maintain lobby, mailboxes, and reception area.
• Provide administrative support and vendor communications.
• Schedule work orders and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Assist with recruitment ads and screening as requested.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
