Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Concierge for Dirigo Pines on alternate weekends to support residents and staff in a warm, family-like atmosphere. The role includes answering calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating services across departments to meet resident needs.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced senior living community. A background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience with office procedures and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and route messages.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services.
• Maintain lobby and reception area appearance.
• Support recruitment activities and keep supplies organized.
• Assist with documentation and clerical tasks as requested.
