Job summary

Vitality Living Group is seeking a dedicated Overnight Concierge for a full-time 11pm-7am shift with rotating weekends and holidays at our Norfolk, VA community. You will manage the reception area, greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist as needed, directing to appropriate staff.
• Answer and route telephone calls; relay messages.
• Maintain reception desk coverage during assigned shift, including breaks.
• Process payments for Community purchases and organize mail distribution.
• Monitor resident call system and alarm systems; respond calmly to incidents.
• Assist in marketing tasks and provide information to prospective residents.
