Timmons Properties is seeking a Building Concierge / Basic Cleaning & Emergency Response Attendant for an in-person shift in Nashville, TN. The role combines resident help, front desk service, light cleaning, and initial after-hours emergency response.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work evenings, overnight hours, and weekends consistently.
• Comfortable working alone and making sound judgment calls under pressure.
• Basic computer, smartphone, and email skills for logs, work orders, and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional presence at the lobby or front desk during scheduled hours.
• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors and log visitors.
• Monitor and log deliveries and after-hours access per policy.
• Perform basic cleaning of lobbies, hallways, and amenity rooms.
• Log issues and submit work orders to management.
• Maintain shift logs and pass items to the next shift.
