Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC milling/lathe setups preferred.
• Reading blueprints and GD&T is essential.
• Familiarity with Mastercam, SolidWorks, CAD/CAM.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling/lathe machines and run jobs to spec.
• Create CAM files from CAD data and prints.
• Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain organized jobs and material inventory.
• Inspect parts and decide on quality based on specs.
• Support production by solving recurring issues.
