Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.

• Preferred: hospital and telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the plan of care delegated by the staff nurse within scope of skills verification.
• Maintains a clean and safe patient care environment.
• Provides patient care appropriate to patient ages served in assigned areas.
• Communicates patient care needs to patients, families, and staff, including multidisciplinary teams.
• Completes documentation of patient-related tasks.
• Adapts communication and care to patient privacy and preferences.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
