• Provides care based on patients' physical, psychosocial, educational, safety needs.
• Communicates patient care needs with patients, families, and staff.
• Completes documentation of patient-related tasks.
• Adapts communication to the patient population and obtains permissions when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
