Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in progress with facility support.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Support residents with meals and hydration; maintain safety and infection control.
