You will provide direct resident care under supervision of charge nurses and directors, performing essential tasks to meet residents' personal and health needs and ensuring dignity and comfort during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal hygiene needs which include: bathing, oral hygiene, hair and nail care, lotioning of skin, and toileting.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist is the preparation, serving, and feeding of the correct diet.
• Assist in changing clothes, linen, towels, and wash cloths.
• Room changes, admissions, and discharges
• Post mortem care
• Resident Vitals
• Turn and Reposition residents

Job description

Springfield Villa is looking for strong CNA's for our night shift team. We are looking to grow our Census which mean we need 5 more CNA's to get to our number. We are a fun, inclusive, and energetic bunch. While we enjoy a laugh at work, our main priority is to give the best quality of care you can get from a nursing home.

This position provides direct resident care under the supervision of a charge nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Director of Nursing. As a CNA you will be delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
