Job summary

Recover-Care Heartland in Kansas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift (10pm–6am, Saturday to Wednesday). You will assist residents with ADLs, provide care per policies, and work with a supportive team including a Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing.

This role offers shift differential, tuition reimbursement toward CMA/LPN/RN pathways, daily pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Must be caring and patient.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including eating, dressing, transferring, bathing and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care under supervision.
• Document care and observations in resident records.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to support residents’ well-being.
