Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee operations and patient care in the designated area. You will act as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may serve as staff nurse when needed.

The role requires 2 years of RN experience and at least 1 year as department charge nurse, with current state licensure and BLS/NRP certifications. Schedule: 36 hours/week, nights, Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure in applicable state of practice.
• Two years direct patient care experience as a registered nurse.
• One year experience as department charge nurse.
• BLS, NRP

Responsibilities

• Provides planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes managerial duties as delegated by manager.
