Job Summary Details:

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 4pm-12:30am, and Friday 3pm-11:30am. The hourly pay is $19.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify the Manager about repairs or additions needed for building systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and managers
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture, cabinets, boxes, and equipment as needed
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Perform seasonal tasks like sweeping, raking leaves, cutting grass, and snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms

This position is suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
