Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense is seeking a CBRE GDS Commercial Cleaner to perform basic cleaning tasks in a high-traffic building in Georgia. The role includes mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and maintaining general cleanliness under supervisor guidance.

Schedule is 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM with a 3/4 weekly rotation and every other weekend off. The position requires physical stamina, reliability, and ability to follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 2 years’ job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment including moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are in a safe, secure area at all times.
