Pay Range

This range is provided by The Mirbeau Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Job Summary

This role plays an important part in ensuring guests are given an exceptional experience during their stay. The main focus is to provide beautiful and clean accommodation, specifically in the evening hours. You will respond to questions and follow through on guest requests until satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities

1. Report to work in a clean uniform with nametag at scheduled time.
2. Ensure cleanliness of all public & employee restrooms.
3. Check all guest rooms, hallways, and remove dirty dishes and trash.
4. Vacuum lobby areas, carpets, and stairwells.
5. Remove trash from offices, service corridors, and public areas.
6. Ensure hotel entrances are clean and debris-free.
7. Clean restaurant dining rooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
8. Sweep, scrub, and mop floors and tiled areas in spa, restaurant, restrooms, and hallways.
9. Dust and organize lobby furniture professionally.
10. Clean spa facilities after closing.
11. Assist in snow removal if needed.
12. Perform other cleaning projects as requested by the Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to learn job duties quickly and follow instructions.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Good health, able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Neat appearance, pleasant personality, customer service mindset.
