Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate material handling equipment and utilize the Warehouse Management System to manage inventory, while maintaining a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work overtime, and a willingness to learn and rotate through warehouse areas as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
RF scanner experience and safety awareness essential.
Experience with WMS and forklift equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, pack, ship, and load.
Use equipment and WMS to move and stock products.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with OSHA.
Communicate concerns to supervisor and participate in meetings.
