Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders, operate equipment like cherry pickers and forklifts, and use the WMS to ensure accurate inventory movement.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional overtime, and a focus on safety and accuracy. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 feet.
• Experience with RF scanner and/or voice picking is preferred.
• Overtime may be required with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality check, sort, consolidate, pack and prepare shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in and out products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet productivity standards.
