No prior warehouse experience is required as training starts on the first day, with opportunities to operate equipment like order pickers and forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided on day one.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly and bending/reaching as needed.
• Basic English reading/writing to process documents and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing for shipment according to established processes.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control to ensure a clean, safe workspace.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
