Job summary

Agropur Cooperative seeks a Cheese Packager for the Little Chute, WI plant to operate multiple packaging lines during the 7pm–7am night shift. The role involves conveyor operation, brine management, X-ray system setup, and tote/packaging duties within a fast-paced dairy environment.

Starting pay is $24.73 per hour with a $1.50 night shift premium, Sunday double-time, and a robust benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyors across multiple packaging areas.
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of equipment.
• Inspect and route product through packing lines.
• Complete packaging paperwork and pre-ops.
• Follow safety protocols and GMPs.
• May work offsite at Greenville warehouse if needed.
