Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required (except for Behavioral Health setting).
• PALS may be required depending on facility assignment.
• Minimum two years of clinical management experience in patient population.
• Strong knowledge of clinical care management and leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial, clinical, and administrative oversight to patients and staff on designated unit.
• Ensure high quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
• Lead staffing, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Support budgets and resource management for the unit.
• Mentor staff and develop leadership among team members.
• Champion staff development and coaching.
• Oversee selection, orientation, and retention of team members.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration during assigned shift.
