Banner Health is seeking an RN Associate Director for the PCU in Mesa, AZ. You will lead a four-sister unit, partnering with other leaders to shape patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.

This role requires strategic thinking, change management, and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care across a busy surgical-focused unit. The position is full-time with 5x8-hour shifts, including night coverage, located on Banner Desert Medical Center’s Mesa campus.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN or MSN in nursing.
• Two years of clinical management experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical care management and leadership capabilities.
• Arizona-appropriate RN license and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives in the department.
• Oversee budget planning and resource utilization.
• Develop leadership among nursing staff and promote professional development.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention within the unit.
