Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a comprehensive nursing assessment and patient interview within eight hours of admission.
• Document patient information and nursing care.
• Document and reassess significant changes in patient condition per policy.
• Delegate staff assignments based on patient needs.
• Make daily patient care assignments based on staff competency.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure timely completion of ADLs.
