Qualifications

• Three years of nursing administration experience preferred.
• Experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting with adults 18+ and supervision preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care delivery aligns with standards of care and hospital policy.
• Develop staffing schedules for full-time staff based on patient needs.
• Prioritize and formulate care plans based on patient assessment and policy.
• Provide education to patients and families based on identified needs.
