Job summary

Core-Mark seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to operating locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. The role requires DOT compliance, safety checks, and accurate paperwork, with a 5:00 PM start on Sunday–Thursday shifts.

This union-represented position offers competitive hourly wages, benefit eligibility through Teamsters plans, and a path to pension benefits, consistent with the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• Drive and deliver trailers per schedule on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Manage route paperwork and logs per regulations.
• Unhook, park, and secure equipment and freight.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per guidelines.
• Maintain clean and safe tractor, trailer, and dock areas.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
