Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Texas to transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile yards. The role requires a CDL A, DOT compliance, and the ability to work a 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday schedule.

You will perform safety checks, secure loads, and maintain accurate logs while coordinating with operations and customers. Training occurs in Temple, TX, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• CDL A license required with Doubles endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspect and secure trailers and freight.
• Deliver trailers on schedule and communicate with stakeholders.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs and related paperwork.
• Maintain clean, safe equipment and work areas.
