TerraBella Newton is hiring Care Givers to join our community. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a home-like environment, ensuring safety and comfort.

The position requires helping residents with daily activities, promoting independence, and maintaining clean rooms and common areas. Qualified candidates may have CNA certification and a high school diploma, with a passion for compassionate elder care.

Formación

• Strong communication with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Excellent customer service and empathetic care.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
