TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community. The Care Giver provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications include CNA certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and prior senior care experience. Excellent communication and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
