TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community in Greensboro, NC. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

We value teamwork, compassionate service, and opportunities for growth. Qualified candidates with CNA certification preferred, and a High School diploma/GED are required. 18+ age, strong communication skills, and a passion for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents, management and coworkers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities to promote independence and safety.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
