Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community TerraBella Little Avenue. The role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. You’ll help with daily living activities and engage residents in meaningful programs.

Applicants should be 18+, possess a High School diploma or GED, and have or be willing to obtain CNA certification. Prior experience with seniors and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience caring for seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities
