Job summary

Ovation by Avamere in Washington, UT is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living, safety, and companionship. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment in a memory care or assisted living setting.

The role requires CPR/First Aid, Food Handler’s Card, and experience withElectronic Medical Records; the team offers benefits and a supportive work culture focused on care for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or able to obtain upon hire.
• Food Handler’s Card required or able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Must be 18 years or older and professional with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with housekeeping.
• Observe health changes and report concerns; assist with mobility and safety.
• Answer calls for assistance promptly and support staff as needed.
