MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated NOC Caregiver for a night shift in Utah. The role centers on delivering high‑quality daily living assistance, while upholding residents’ dignity and safety.

You will work within ISP guidelines, support wellness activities, and collaborate with a caring team to ensure comfort and security during every shift. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of caregiving experience, current basic certifications, and a strong emphasis on respectful, compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ years of prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications (as required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if not held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Review shift reports and ISP, then complete assigned resident tasks.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being and participate in wellness programs.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community as required.
• Follow safety standards and comply with regulations and company policies.
