MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver for a full-time shift (2PM-10PM, Thursday-Monday) in Utah. The role supports residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, delivering compassionate, high-quality service in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, current First Aid/CPR, and Medication Management knowledge. 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; CNA preferred. Salary ranges are competitive with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (state dependent).
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly to resident needs with kindness while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Read ISP and shift reports at the start of each shift and acknowledge understanding.
• Complete all assigned resident tasks during the shift as per ISP.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Conduct safety checks and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with meals: selecting meals, serving, and delivering room trays as needed.
• Help with transfers and transport to activities and meals using proper techniques.
• Address residents’ behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policies.
• Lead activity participation and engagement efforts with residents.
• Carry out housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
