Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate caregiver for the PM shift (11pm-7am) in Escondido, CA. You will support our memory care residents with daily living activities, meals, and medication management in a secure unit.

Join our devoted team delivering safety and joy during the difficult end‑of‑life years, while providing attentive, family‑facing care in a non-profit retirement community setting.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be responsible and self-motivated to work independently but team-oriented.
• Have a genuine caring attitude for seniors with memory loss.
• Speak professionally and compassionately to families dealing with memory loss.
• Demonstrate reliability and follow-through.
• Pay attention to details and follow instructions to provide consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and light housekeeping as needed.
• Escort residents to meals, serve prepared food and provide medication management services.
• Support memory care residents 24/7 in a secured memory care unit.
• Contribute to safety and joy for residents and families during challenging years.
