Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville is seeking a Care Partner for the Adult Float Pool on the night shift. The role supports licensed nurses, administers ADLs, records vital signs, and helps ensure safe patient care across Med-Surg, Stepdown and ICU units.

This full-time night position offers scheduled 12-hour shifts, orientation during daytime hours in the first week, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for all candidates.
• Enrollment in RN program acceptable with first-semester completion.
• Experience as a care partner, nursing assistant, or patient care technician preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with delivery of patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Support daily patient care activities and maintain unit standards.
• Facilitate patient flow and communicate with the care team and families.
