Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN is seeking compassionate Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to support patient care and assist with bedside duties, including blood draws and catheter care as needed. The role emphasizes patient-focused service within a team environment and requires completing orientation in the first week.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Current enrollment in an RN program with first-semester completion and fundamentals clinical.
• Graduation from a Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate required).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the delivery of patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain unit environmental standards and ensure safe patient flow.
• Serve as liaison for patient and family communication and education needs.
• Support unit operations by maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Follow unit standards to facilitate efficient, safe patient care.
