Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of medication administration training as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with self-administration of medications and may administer medications with proper training.
• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Helps with transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Takes part in nourishment, meal preparation, and serving.
• Maintains clean rooms, linen, and common areas.
• Follows safety guidelines, OSHA/CDC, and SDS for chemical exposure.
