Responsibilities

• Maintain and update patient/resident records with HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
• Handle communications including calls and faxes; relay to clinical staff.
• Data entry, filing, and document preparation for the care team.
• Coordinate appointments, transport, and supply restocking at night.
• Monitor staff sign-in/out and handover documentation.
• Serve as first contact for non-clinical queries at night; escalate urgent issues.
