Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Lowell, Arkansas is seeking a Nights Campus Security Officer I to maintain the security and safety of personnel and visitors across corporate locations.

The role involves monitoring security systems, patrolling, responding to incidents, and logging detailed reports while enforcing company policies. Under routine supervision, you will foster professional relationships with internal partners and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record per company standards.
• Willingness to work night shifts and/or weekends as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to security systems, policies, procedures; enforce company policies in a fair, consistent manner.
• Provide tactical responses to emergencies and administer medical attention (CPR, First Aid) as needed.
• Patrol buildings, identify hazards, and report issues with detailed logs.
• Grant access and manage temporary security credentials for employees and visitors.
• Identify and document incidents; liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
• Prepare detailed written reports and communicate JBH procedures to staff and visitors.
