Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Bindery/Ancillary Machines on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) in Minnesota. No bindery experience is required—we will train you to operate high-speed paper equipment and maintain quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run and maintain small bindery equipment, including sewers, drills, shrink wrap, board cutter, box maker and mechanical binding.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
