Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Operator - Bindery on the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) for full-time work with overtime opportunities. No bindery experience is required—we will train you to operate high-speed paper sheeting and ancillary equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run and maintain small bindery equipment.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
