Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator on the 3rd shift in Minnesota. You’ll train to run high-speed paper sheeting and ancillary bindery equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting daily production targets.

No prior bindery experience is required—we will train the right candidate. This is a full-time, on-site role offering overtime opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools.
• Ability to read decimals, sizes and job instructions.
• Pride in producing quality work and working well in a team.
• Dependability and reliability in a shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run and maintain bindery equipment and ancillary machines.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products against quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
